Guidelines for posters presentation :

The organizing committee of the WECC’2016 considers poster and lecture presentations equal in all respects. The electronic manuscript requirements for both presentation formats are identical.
The poster session will be in the poster presentation area just outside the conference room.
The poster session, will permit greater interaction between author and audience.

Specific requirements for WECC’2016 poster presentations are listed below:
    - Size of Posters
    - 140 cm high; 90 cm wide (Your poster must not exceed these dimensions!).

Advice on Production of Posters:
1. Keep text brief.  Report only key aspects of each section (e.g., introduction, study area, methods, results, discussion, conclusion, references, etc.).  It is not advisable to display the entire text from a manuscript.  Too much detail detracts from the primary message of the text.
2. Keep figures simple.  Convey only one idea per figure, table, or photograph.
3. Text and figures should be readable to someone standing at a distance of 1.5m.  Adjust font and image sizes accordingly.  Big is beautiful and easy to read.
4. Photographs should clearly show what you want the audience to see.
5. Use appropriate blank space between words, sections, and figures.
6. Use appropriate and compatible colors for fonts, backgrounds, graphics, and matting.  White backgrounds generally are best for text.
7. Simple typefaces are preferable to fancy fonts.  Bold type may be effective on headings.
8. Make sure that the poster speaks for itself and does not require extensive explanations.

All exhibits have to be in English or French.
Prepare a short talk of about 2-3 minutes that you can periodically give to those viewing your poster during coffee and lunch breaks.
